At Stable Minds, we’re here to make mental health support accessible, compassionate, and truly person-centred. We meet people exactly where they are, without judgment, breaking down barriers so no one in Knutsford or Greater Manchester has to face their struggles alone.

We offer services to Adults of all ages, as well as Children and Young People, from the age of 3 - 18 years old.
We have two centres that cater for Adults and Children.
Workshops & Mindfulness: Practical tools and calming techniques to help you strengthen your well-being day-to-day.
1-to-1 Counselling: Personalised support to help you explore life’s challenges at your own pace.
Drop-in Sessions: No appointment needed, simply pop in whenever you need to talk or take a breather.
Support Groups: A chance to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and grow together.
